For those taking Spanish level 1, 2, 3 and beyond, I recommend the following print and online study aids and resources:
VOCABULARY
Spanish to English/English to Spanish Dictionary – simple dictionary that’s a great tool for looking up individual words
Spanish to English/English to Spanish Visual Dictionary – for those that benefit from images alongside the Spanish and English words, this is great choice. Visuals are extremely powerful to help build and retain vocabulary.
GRAMMAR
The Ultimate Spanish Review and Practice – Very thorough grammar explanations with plenty of practice. An answer key is at the back of the book for easy reference. This most current edition also includes a listening comprehension program.
VERBS
Barron’s 501 Spanish Verbs – An oldie, but goodie. This book contains 501 verbs and their conjugations in every verb tense.
ONLINE RESOURCES

Vocabulary, Grammar, Verb Conjugation, and Pronunciation Support & Practice
SpanishDictionary.com – In addition to what I stated above, SpanishDictionary.com also has amazing vocabulary, grammar, conjugation resources as well as digital lessons and practice activities that cover various themes. To top it off, you can click on the words and phrases and hear the pronunciation as well as a break-down of the pronunciation.
